Who We Are
Soul & Arrow Community Foundation is a veteran-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to create places where veterans, young people, and members of the broader community can become stronger together.
Our vision is to work with communities to restore underused land and develop performance campuses that combine physical training, education, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and community service. Each campus is designed to include a fitness and training facility, flexible classroom and workshop space, and the Oak Course, a wooden outdoor obstacle course that builds strength, discipline, confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
The first proposed Soul & Arrow Performance Campus is located at the former gun range site adjacent to Huntington Central Park. We are working with the City of Huntington Beach and other partners as environmental evaluation, remediation planning, and the necessary development steps move forward.
Soul & Arrow was built around the belief that veterans possess valuable experience, ideas, discipline, and leadership that should continue benefiting their communities after military service. By placing veterans in an environment where they can connect, learn, teach, create, and lead, we can help make the transition into civilian life stronger and more purposeful.
At the same time, veterans can help prepare and mentor the next generation. Through training, workshops, and community programs, young people can develop the physical readiness, emotional strength, confidence, bearing, and discipline needed to pursue military service or other demanding paths in life.
This is what we mean by Turning Lead into Love: transforming challenged land into a place where experience becomes mentorship, strength becomes service, and people come together with a shared purpose.

Co-Founder, President and Executive Director
Bon is a veteran, coach, and community leader whose experiences shaped the original vision for Soul & Arrow. His belief in the power of movement, mentorship, discipline, and connection continues to guide the foundation’s mission and its commitment to veterans, youth, and the broader community.
CRISTINA PUCCI
Co-Founder, Vice Chair and Secretary
Cristina is a jewelry designer and creative professional with more than 20 years of experience bringing ideas from concept to reality. Her commitment to youth, arts education, wellness, and community development helps shape Soul & Arrow’s creative programs and long-term vision.
KEVIN CLOUGHERTY
Treasurer and Founding Board Member
Kevin is an Army veteran and founding board member of Soul & Arrow Community Foundation. His experience and perspective help guide the foundation’s commitment to veterans, responsible growth, and service to the community.
Who We Serve
Soul & Arrow is veteran-centered, but open to and designed for the entire community.
VETERANS
Veterans transitioning into civilian life will have free access to the campus, along with opportunities for fitness, connection, mentorship, education, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.
The campus will provide an environment where veterans can develop their ideas, explore business and career opportunities, teach workshops, mentor young people, and lead programs both on-site and throughout the community.
YOUNG PEOPLE CONSIDERING MILITARY SERVICE
Soul & Arrow will support adolescents and young adults interested in joining the Marine Corps, Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, a military academy, or another path of service.
Our goal is not to replace or compete with military recruiting stations, poolee programs, JROTC, or other official training programs. Soul & Arrow is intended to complement those efforts by helping young people become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally before entering military service.
Through fitness, obstacle-course training, mentorship, and workshops led by veterans and other qualified leaders, participants can develop confidence, discipline, resilience, teamwork, bearing, and a clearer understanding of the physical and personal demands of military life.
THE BROADER COMMUNITY
The campus will also welcome individuals, families, schools, teams, local organizations, and community groups. Civilians and veterans will have opportunities to train, learn, participate in events, volunteer, and work alongside one another.
By bringing veterans, young people, and civilians together, Soul & Arrow can strengthen understanding across generations and create a community in which everyone has something to teach, something to learn, and a meaningful way to contribute.
